You may also need to provide us with some additional personal information in order for us to understand your health or life concerns and your background history. This may include sensitive personal data relating to health. This is fully at your discretion.  We also keep records of your previous sessions, our recommendations made to you, and any correspondence with you about this. 
We collect data about you when you provide data by filling in forms on our site (or otherwise) or by communicating with us by post, phone, email or otherwise, including when you:
