When will you dispatch my order?

We endeavour to dispatch all orders placed by 4pm the next working day, although orders received after 4pm on Thursday will not be processed until the following Monday. We do not process orders on bank holidays or weekends.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

If you are in the UK:

  • Orders sent via First Class should be with you within 2-3 days of dispatch. Royal Mail strive to deliver First Class packages the next day after dispatch (excluding weekends), but this is not guaranteed and can take up to 3 days.
  • Orders sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm, will be delivered by 1pm the day after dispatch (excluding weekends).
  • Orders sent via courier vary slightly, but we aim for Next Day after dispatch, although sometimes they are not collected from a drop point until a day later. You should expect your order to arrive within a couple of days from dispatch (excluding weekends)

If you are overseas delivery times vary and in recent years have often taken longer than expected. If you would like an accurate estimate of delivery times please contact us. 

As a guide:

  • For orders under 2kg, delivery is aimed to take 3 to 5 working days to Europe and 5 to 7 working days to the rest of The world.
  • Orders over 2kg will be sent via Courier and can take between 1 to 7 days

Do you offer free delivery?

No, we no longer offer free delivery for any orders. 

Can I return my product if I don't like it?

Yes you may, but we we do stipulate certain conditions for returns so please read the Returns and Exchanges Policy for detailed information. 

Do you relace if my item/s get lost in transit?

We have three types of tracked postage:

  1. Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm for UK customers 
  2. International Tracked for all overseas customers.
  3. Courier Delivery for all orders over 2KG in weight

We will replace items sent via these methods, should they become lost in transit. If the original item is subsequently delivered, we respectfully request that you return it to us. 

Please understand that if you choose a non-trackable delivery option the delivery of your order will be your responsibility and we will not be able to give a refund in the case of it getting lost.
